This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The property is massive, with three floors and spacious rooms that are super comfortable. The pool table and recently refurbished garden were a jaw-dropping addition, providing plenty of space for our group of 17. The large living room area, with its big leather sofas, was the perfect spot for us all to hang out. The owner, Michael, and his colleague Allison, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making communication a breeze. They were even kind enough to offer us extra car parking spaces for free, which was a huge help. The location of the house was ideal, with cheap Uber rides into the city center. Plus, the amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV added to the overall superb experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Pets are allowed and non-smoking rooms are available, making it suitable for everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The location was ideal, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. I will definitely stay here again.
I do recommend this hotel.

This spacious property is perfect for a large group to stay in, with ample room to spread out. The outdoor space provides a nice place to relax and enjoy the city atmosphere. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful night's sleep despite being located on a busy road. The pool table and hot tub are great additions for entertainment, while the clean and tidy house adds to the overall positive experience.
The property could benefit from better stocked kitchen essentials, such as glasses for drinks and more mugs for tea.

Stayed at this gem of a property with a balcony and free WiFi. The hot tub was the highlight! Also, conveniently located near John Rylands Library and Manchester Central. They even had soundproofing and provided towels.
Oh, and let's not forget the lack of olive oil and salt.

The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious, perfect for a large group. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. The host is friendly and provides helpful recommendations for places to eat and drink in the area.
Some of the beds and sofa beds were on the smaller side, but still comfortable enough for two people.

The house was spacious and had a beautiful garden with a jacuzzi. The kitchen had a little balcony and the whole property was clean throughout. The accommodation was helpful in providing an inventory of kitchen utensils, and there were more bathrooms than expected. The location was convenient with regular buses to the city center.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

The property also has a jacuzzi in the garden, offering a relaxing retreat. The location is ideal, with easy access to the city center and convenient parking options.
The sofa bed on the top floor was uncomfortable, with noticeable springs when sitting on it.
